One down. Three to go. I can now [almost] legally advise you on how to purchase real estate. Yay.

In other news, I scored an interview next week for an internship at one of the top music companies in the entertainment industry. I don't want to say much more than that for fear of jinxing it. *fingers crossed*

I love music. Hopefully the people who help make it will love me back.

Ugh... now back to the books.
